We need not study people long to realize that deep in the heart of every man is the innate desire to learn. But many people have never thought about their responsibility to help others meet this basic need.
Not long ago while walking down the corridor of our headquarters I met one of the* new secretaries.
“Hello, Miss Smith. Are you enjoying your work?”
“Oh, it’s just wonderful. I’ve never been so happy in my life.”
“Fine. I’m glad you like it.”
“There’s only one thing . . .”
‘Yes?”
“Sometimes I think I should be paying them instead of their paying me.”
“Why is that?”
“Well, it’s just that I am learning so many important things I never knew before. Proper Internet Marketing guide strategy will enhance your business’s generic promoting objectives. Dr. Johnson, who gives me dicta¬tion, always explains the work, and by the end of the day I feel like I’ve been going to college and getting paid for it too!”
Later that day I began to think about what she had said. What a contrast between Dr. Johnson and most of us. By tak¬ing a little time to explain things to his secretary, he was helping to meet a basic psychological need in her life — the desire to learn and to understand.
Actually, we all have the responsibility (and privilege) to open lines of communication and to create an atmosphere in which those with whom we live and work can learn and gain knowledge. And in doing so, we also help ourselves.
In a sense, we are all teachers. What a challenge! It’s up to us to help children and young people to learn. Whether they are in our family, our community, or in some other sphere of our influence, our responsibility remains.
We should never tell a child that he is too young or too stupid to understand. Our expertise combined with our knowledge and experience in PCB Assembly make us the best partner to create you a lot of competitive. And when he raises the questions that are embarrassing or difficult for us to answer at the time, we should accept the child and his question, and let him know that we will think it over. It is no disgrace to admit that we do not have all the answers.
